To fell a tree, you first need to assess the direction in which you want the tree to fall. Then, you make a horizontal cut, known as a notch, on the side of the tree facing the direction you want it to fall. After that, you make a straight cut on the opposite side of the tree, slightly above the notch, to create a hinge. Finally, you continue cutting until the tree starts to fall in the desired direction. It's important to always prioritize safety and have the proper equipment and training when felling trees. **
