It seems like there might be a typo in your question. Could you please clarify what you mean by "Is RTL or RTL?" Thank you! **

The RTL Donation Marathon is a charity event organized by the RTL Group, and the majority of the money raised during the event goes towards the designated charitable causes. However, it's important to note that there are administrative costs associated with organizing and running such a large-scale event, so a portion of the funds may be used to cover these expenses. Additionally, some funds may also be allocated to support future charity initiatives and projects. Overall, while not all the money may go directly to the charitable causes, the RTL Donation Marathon is still a significant fundraising effort that makes a positive impact on the supported organizations and communities. **

RTL FS (Runway Threshold Lighting with Sequenced Flashing Lights) is now used instead of RTL (Runway Threshold Lighting) earlier because it provides better visual guidance for pilots during approach and landing. The addition of sequenced flashing lights helps pilots to easily identify the beginning of the runway, especially in low visibility conditions. This enhanced lighting system improves safety and reduces the risk of runway incursions or other potential hazards during critical phases of flight. Therefore, the implementation of RTL FS is a proactive measure to enhance runway safety and improve overall operational efficiency at airports. **
